Cut Copy is a synthpop band from Melbourne, Australia. Their sound, often labeled as dance punk and/or electropop, draws considerable influence from 80s new wave, synth-pop and post-punk genres. Cut Copy is managed by Punkdafunk, and is signed to the record label Modular Recordings, home of Wolfmother, The Presets, New Young Pony Club and The Avalanches.
